Product Description
The closed-back, circumaural headphone provide maximum attenuation of high ambient noise. The K 271 Studio is also ideal for all applications where no sound must leak from the headphone. The headphone switch off automatically when taken off. Since this feature prevents headphone signals from spilling over into an open microphone it is highly appreciated by recording studio, live sound, TV sound, and broadcast engineers.

I don't know about you, but I hate scalp-burn. You know, when your head gets sunburned? It's worse than being burnt almost anywhere else, especially annoying when you start to peel--and yes there is a point to this gross rant—and it's just awful to have.
