Verizon is more expensive than other providers. They do not give you any extra incentives or deals for being a long time customer with them. As soon as my contrct is up this time... I am done with them. There are alot better deals out there that include internet and unlimited calling. I have a plain phone and it costs me $120 a month for 1 phone and no data package. I only have unlimited calling and texting. They charge me around $20 per month in just b.s. fees. They need to realize that it's a competitive world and people are shopping for the best deal. Money is tighter now for most people.

Verizon is the most expensive phone that is out there and I simply cannot afford it anymore, and when the contract is over so am I with verizon. In todays world they need to work with the customers who have made them the money and give us a break, but they don't and won't because in reeality they just don't care about thier customers, just $$$$$.

i never had verizon I have AT&T. at one point i was tempted to go to Verizon because at one point their service was much better for my location at the time in college but once they quoted us the price my parents said no and told me I had to deal with what I had and to use a pay phone if my phone didnt work. Now that AT&T has fixed their service I believe I am going to stay where I am. Verizon is rediculous with their pricing.... with today's market and with sprint getting the iphone you would think they would offer better plans

My only real complaint about Verizon is their pricing for the service. Service generally rocks, but I still don't want to pay an arm and a leg for my cell phone service when odds are I won't be in Middle of Nowhere USA for more than a few days at a time, so most other providers will be fine. Now that they have the iPhone though...it is tempting.
