Does Banter offer financing?
Yes. Banter offers three different options for financing your jewelry purchases. The first is a lease program through Banter’s lending partner, Progressive Leasing. You’ll pay $79 down and then pay off your purchase in as little as 90 days or as long as 12 months from the date of purchase. Banter also offers payment through Affirm. Choose Affirm as your payment option at checkout to pay off your purchase in four equal installments. The last financing option is Banter’s own credit card, which can offer up to 12 months of zero-interest financing.
Does Banter price match if I find an item cheaper online?
Yes. Banter by Piercing Pagoda will match prices from its own website with identical items in physical Banter and Piercing Pagoda locations. Banter will not price match discounts from a promotional code or pricing on final sale and clearance items.
What is Banter’s Extended Service Agreement?
Banter offers a replacement service against normal wear and tear or manufacturer defects within the first year of purchase. The service agreement price is based on the cost of your jewelry and begins at just $2 per month. Banter’s Extended Service Agreement does not include theft, loss, or repair mistakes not made by Banter.
Do Banter gift cards expire?
No, Banter by Piercing Pagoda gift cards do not expire, making them a great gift option for any time of year. They can be used online or in any of Banter’s retail locations.
