Burpee offers a one-year guarantee on seed packets, perennial plants, bulbs, trees, and fruit, and a 90-day guarantee on annual flowers, vegetables, herb plants, and other general merchandise. Valid order numbers are required to schedule a replacement or a return. Products damaged due to extreme weather or neglect may not qualify. Check Burpee’s full return policy for more information.
Are all Burpee seeds really non-GMO?
Yes. Burpee has never sold GMO seeds and currently has a 100% non-GMO policy.
Why won’t Burpee ship plants to my state?

Why haven’t my plants shipped yet?
Plants are shipped according to the ideal growing times for your location. Burpee also schedules shipments to avoid issues like freezing during transit. Read the shipping information page to learn when your plant will ship.
