Burpee offers a one-year guarantee on seed packets, perennial plants, bulbs, trees, and fruit, and a 90-day guarantee on annual flowers, vegetables, herb plants, and other general merchandise. Yes. Burpee has never sold GMO seeds and currently has a 100% non-GMO policy.
