How does shipping work for Decorté orders?

To ensure that you know the state of your order at all times, Decorté will send you two shipping emails: one directly after your order is placed and another after the order ships. The second email will also have a tracking number that you can use to track your shipment as it travels toward you.

Three shipping options are available: standard, second day, and overnight. Standard service takes about 5-7 business days, but can take up to 14 business days for Alaska and Hawaii, and 14-21 business days for destinations in U.S. territories and APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. It costs $7 for orders up to $65, and is free for all orders larger. Second-day service is $12 for orders up to $64.99, $15 for orders between $65 and $199.99, and free for all orders over $200. Overnight service is $17 for orders under $65 and $20 for all orders larger; certain addresses in Alaska and Hawaii are also eligible for overnight service, for $29.

What if I need to return something I bought at Decorté?

If you’re unhappy with your Decorté items, you can contact customer service within 30 days for a return authorization number. Once you’ve received it, simply pack the item and send it back using your preferred shipping method. Generally, it takes about 30 business days to process returns; an email will be sent notifying you that the return has been processed. Shipping fees are nonrefundable, and you'll be responsible for all return costs.
