What is the Original Penguin return policy?
Original Penguin will refund all unused, unwashed, unworn, undamaged, or defective products returned within 60 days of purchase. Refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt and will be made in the form of the original payment. All products must be returned in their original packaging along with all accessories to ensure full credit. Final sale items cannot be returned.
How can I cancel or modify my Original Penguin order?
Original Penguin cannot make changes to an order once it has been submitted for processing. However, if your order was placed recently they can try to cancel it before the order is fulfilled. If they are unable to cancel it on time, use the prepaid return label included in your package to send it back to them. Please note that a flat fee of $6.00 will be deducted from the order refund when using their prepaid return label.
Does Original Penguin ship to P.O. Boxes?
No, Original Penguin does not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Orders must be sent to a physical address.
Does Original Penguin offer price adjustments?
Yes, price adjustments are offered when a purchased item is marked down within 14 days of placing the order. The difference will be refunded to your original form of payment.

About Original Penguin
Original Penguin was established in 1955 when a salesman named Abbot Pederson traveled to New York City on a sales trip for the Munsingwear brand. With time to kill before a flight home, Pederson had a few drinks in the city and stumbled into a taxidermist’s shop, where he bought a penguin named Pete. He brought Pete along on the return flight as his drinking buddy. A few cocktails in, Pederson accidentally knocked Pete the Penguin’s head off. A stewardess Pederson had been talking to throughout the flight removed his necktie and wrapped it around the penguin’s neck, joking that such a dapper bird deserved to be immortalized on a shirt.
