RX Safety’s return policy includes separate protocols for prescription and nonprescription items. New, unused frames without prescription lenses are eligible for return/refund (minus shipping costs) within 30 days of receipt. Prescription glasses are nonrefundable. However, they are eligible for an exchange within 30 days of receipt. You’ll receive a 50% credit (minus shipping costs) toward the replacement glasses. New shipping charges will apply.
