Yes, you can change your address, your type of plan, allergy preferences, assortment and toy preferences at any time. Just contact BarkBox customer service so they can help you.
BarkBox Info & Tips
- All subscriptions (and cancellations) must be received by the 3rd of the month, in order for you to receive your box by the 15th. Subscriptions are automatically renewed, so keep the timing in mind whenever you wish to start or stop receiving BarkBox.
- Coupon codes can only be used on regular subscriptions, not gift subscriptions. If you want to use your coupon code for a gift, simply sign up for a regular subscription using the gift recipient's address as the shipping address.
- BarkBox Monthly Themes! You get 2 innovative toys, 2 all-natural bags of treats, and a chew. Your dog will enjoy a new theme every month!
- Want to add an extra toy for special occasions? Simply contact the BarkBox team by the 3rd of the month to request one toy for an extra $9. If this is a one-time treat, make sure to email them again by the 3rd of the next month to cancel it.
