What is KISS’ return policy?
KISS accepts returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. Return shipping and handling fees are paid by the customer. Items must be in original, unused condition to be eligible for return.
How do I cancel my order from KISS?
Cancel your order by emailing customer service at orders@kissusa.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Cancellation requests will be handled the next business day if a request is placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday.
Can I split my KISS order between multiple addresses?
No. All orders will be delivered to the address listed at checkout. Orders cannot be sent to multiple addresses.
