Pakt allows returns of any unused items within 30 days of the date of delivery. Return your items with a Pakt return label for a $15 fee, or handle the return through another shipping carrier to avoid the charge. Visit the Pakt returns page to start your return.
What does Pakt’s warranty cover?
Pakt’s warranty covers any defects in manufacturing or excessive damage incurred during normal use of the product. The warranty also covers defects on Pakt’s coffee kit within the first year after receipt. Pakt’s warranty does not cover normal wear and tear from conventional, everyday use of their products.
Does Pakt ship outside the U.S.?
Yes. Pakt ships to the U.K. and EU as well as the U.S. Deliveries outside the U.S. are made via Passport Shipping and may incur additional charges and duties depending on your location.
How do I clean my Pakt bag?
Spot clean Pakt bags with a damp cloth and warm water as needed. Pakt bags may occasionally go through a machine wash on gentle settings but should be air-dried.
