Yes. Smalls cat food arrives frozen on dry ice and should be transferred to your freezer as soon as possible after delivery. One package at a time can be unthawed, which takes approximately 24 hours in the refrigerator. You may store a thawed pack in your refrigerator for up to five days, while unthawed freezer packs can be stored for up to one year.

“Human grade" means the food products used to create Smalls cat food are the same that would be used for human consumption, such as the same chicken you would find in the supermarket. The average cat food is made from meat byproducts that aren’t fit for human consumption.
