American Blinds offers a three-year limited warranty on all window treatments. This covers manufacturer defects and transport damage only. The warranty doesn’t cover damage from cleaning, pets, improper installation, sun exposure, or other issues not caused by craftsmanship.

Since all orders are custom-made, returns are only accepted in the case of damage or vendor error. Orders may be changed or canceled, but only within one day of placing the order. If your order is damaged when you receive it, reach out to American Blinds customer service within 15 days to report it and request replacements.
