The COVID-19 pandemic has the world isolating, so it’s only natural that Camping World’s 2021 Black Friday sale is going to be a popular one. It’s a great time to shop for all your camping needs so that you can get away from it all for a little while, without having to rough it. To stay up to date on all of the store’s Black Friday plans, be sure to follow Savings.com. You’ll see the retailer’s ad scans and savings info as soon as it’s released.
With the COVID-19 pandemic still affecting the globe, Camping World has taken steps to keep customers safe on Black Friday 2021 and beyond.
Camping World has over 150 retail locations, and all have had their operating hours reduced to allow employees enough time to carefully sanitize the store and restock shelves.
When shopping at your favorite location this Black Friday, be sure to bring your face covering and adhere to social distancing protocols. The store is helping customers maintain safe distance through the use of markers.
If you don’t want to shop in-store but also don’t want to wait for home delivery of your Black Friday buys, consider using the store’s new curbside pickup service. To get started, visit the curbside pickup version of the website and enter curbside pickup mode. Select a nearby store to be presented with a selection of merchandise that’s available for pickup. Complete your order and confirm when you’d like to pick up your order to finish the process. Once you arrive at the store, just call so an associate may bring out your order.
While Camping World typically maintains a price-match policy, it is not valid during Black Friday. This means that the store will not adjust prices if you see the same item for a lower price at a different store.
Camping World sells everything that has to do with camping and outdoor life, from RVs to just about every outdoor accessory you can imagine. While we can’t be certain what surprises the company has in store for Black Friday 2021, we can look at previous sales for hints.
In 2019, Camping World had a 12-page Black Friday ad that was bursting with doorbusters and good deals. The front page declared that it was a Black Friday Truckload Sale with discounts of up to 80% off.
Some of the store’s greatest buys included sherpa faux fur throws for $7.37, collapsible dish racks for $21.97, Little Red portable campfires for $139.97, and portable ice makers for $119.97. You could also snatch up two 12-speed bikes for $299.97.
As you ventured further into last year’s ad, you saw more incredible deals, like leveling pads for $1.97, 10-foot phone charging cables for $4.97, and utility blowers for $19.97.
As you might expect, Camping World’s Black Friday ad also features lots of RV-related deals. For example, there were huge savings on waste tanks, antifreeze, hoses, electronics and chair covers. You could also find a large assortment of tools and repair products.
One thing the Black Friday ad was sure to make clear was that there were many more doorbusters available in-store. Even though the ad was 12 pages long and filled with dozens of hot steals, there were even more bargains available that you could only get your hands on if you visited a nearby location.
The recurring theme of last year’s Camping World Black Friday ad was that the store was offering all kinds of outdoor essentials up for grabs. Rather than offer flat discounts across product categories or even the whole store, Camping World procured a wide variety of doorbusters. While this type of sale makes it more difficult to plan your shopping trip, it’s more exciting because you have no idea what might pop up.
In addition to camping supplies, the store also had an incredible sale on RVs.
During its Black Friday flash sale, select RVs were available for up to 45% off. The star of the show was the Coleman Lantern LT 17FQ travel trailer. It was priced under $12,000, a price reduction of nearly 50%.
Also discounted were RV services. You could save up to 30% on winterization, battery service or inspections.
Like lots of retailers, Camping World doesn’t usually do a single-day event for Black Friday. Instead, it prefers to stretch the savings over several days.
In 2019, Camping World’s Black Friday sale actually started the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and ran through Sunday. This meant you had five days to snag its hot deals. It would not be surprising to see the store follow a similar schedule for Black Friday 2021.
Camping World’s Black Friday sale is valid both online and in stores. If you’re shopping online, you can take advantage of free home delivery by spending $99 or more. If you’re a Good Sam member, your minimum purchase requirement is $49.
Online shoppers also have the choice of having their purchases shipped to their local stores at no charge. When the order arrives, you’ll be notified via email so you can pick it up.
