What do I do if I don’t receive my DoorDash order?
Go to your “Orders" tab on the mobile app or desktop and choose “Help," “Delivery Issues," and “Order Never Arrived." Follow the prompts and select either a resolution or chat with an agent who will assist you in resolving the issue.
What can I do if my food was delivered late?
Follow the same prompts above but instead of choosing “Order Never Arrived," select “Arrived Late." Follow the prompts to report this issue to the team.
How do I update my account information?
Go to your account profile on the mobile app or desktop and update the fields you want to change. Select the “checkmark" and verify your information with two-factor authentication.
How do I cancel my order?
Go to the “Orders" tab and choose “Help," “Cancel Order," and follow the prompts. Full refunds apply only when the restaurant hasn’t confirmed your order and the Dasher hasn’t been assigned.
