GROSCHE accepts returns on all orders if you’re unsatisfied; simply contact them to get the address to ship the product back. They also offer free returns on orders over $50; once they receive the order, you will receive a full refund. However, they do not accept returns on customized products, such as Moka pots with custom text or graphics.
What is the warranty on GROSCHE products?
GROSCHE offers a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects, in addition to a lifetime warranty against the clouding of products featuring borosilicate glass.
Where are GROSCHE products manufactured?
GROSCHE is based in Canada, but their products are manufactured in Asia, including glass studios in Taiwan and China. The safety valves on their espresso makers are certified and made in Italy for the utmost quality and safety.
Is the GROSCHE Moka pot compatible with induction stoves?
Unfortunately, GROSCHE’s Moka pot espresso makers are not compatible with induction stovetops; however, they will work on other types of stoves.
