From subtle to dramatic, Pretty Smart (which debuted at nearly 3,000 Walmart stores in 2024) gives you champagne pigment on a lemonade budget; Walmart even recruited theBalm Cosmetics CEO Marissa Shipman to oversee it.
Our tester found Pretty Smart’s products to offer great quality, with dense pigment in the eyeshadow, buildable blush so you don’t overdo it, and lengthening mascara that coated evenly. The foundation was light and breathable, and her favorite item was the highlighter that gave the final look a pop of definition.
